The customer should advise us of their intention to return goods by email within seven days of receipt of the goods. Goods are returned at the customers expense within 28 days of receipt. Credit for the returned goods shall be made to the original purchasing card on receipt of the goods by Miss Morans. Credit can only be issued if the item(s) is returned as new, without having been used and in its original packaging.

Please note

If items are shown as being delivered to the address given on the Royal Mail online tracking system, we will deem the parcel to have been delivered. If you dispute this information, then this is a matter you must take up directly with Royal Mail we cannot act on your behalf.

If the customer provides the wrong delivery details, then no offer of a refund or offer of a replacement can be made.

Where a parcel is not collected by the customer and returned to Miss Morans then a credit will be provided for the cost of the goods only.

The customer is soley responsible for any national, regional or local customs duties or taxes imposed by the relevant authorities outside of the United Kingdom. Customers should satisfy themselves of any import restrictions or duties. Where items are held pending any additional payments by the customer or the items are held or destroyed by the relevant authorities then this is the sole responsibility of the customer and no liability shall be incurred by the Miss Morans.
