Germain’s 1820 Mixture pipe tobacco is a blend of  the finest Latakia, Oriental and flue cured Virginia tobacco’s with no added flavours. Named after the company’s year of incorporation this is one of Germain’s iconic blends. Perfectly blended to allow the individual characteristics of the individual tobacco’s to shine. These create a complex and interesting blend with notes of wood and spice to the fore. Smooth with a slightly sweet undertone this is a superb tobacco.   The blend is mild to medium in terms of its strength and nicotine content with a pleasant room note. Presented in a 50g tin Germain’s 1820 Mixture pipe tobacco is ribbon cut and can be loaded straight into the bowl. To fully appreciate the flavour and taste we recommend that the mixture is smoked at a slow pace to

• prevent the tobacco burning hot which will impair the taste and aroma,
• cause the pipe to overheat potentially causing the dreaded tongue bite.
