Samuel Gawith loose Cabbies Roll Cut tobacco is a curly or coin cut blend of Virginia and Perique twist which is hand rolled and then hand sliced. All the natural flavours and sweetness of the Virginias are enhanced by the raisin, plum, date and spicy peppery notes of the Perique. This is a medium strength blend with a complex and consistent flavour. A smooth rich and tasty smoke which will satisfy even the most demanding of palates. The tobacco coins can be rubbed out, broken up or folded into the pipe bowl using whatever method is preferred by you. The mixture may benefit from a little drying time but generally this is not necessary.
To fully appreciate the flavour and taste we recommend that the mixture is smoked at a slow pace to prevent the tobacco burning hot which will impair the taste and aroma, cause the pipe to overheat and potentially causing the dreaded tongue bite.
