The Nording Signature No.6 Black Grain is a classic freehand pipe which is hand stained to provide a strong contrast between the light and black colour of the grain – a true eye catcher. The tall slightly round bowl features a number distinctive curved panels which ensures the pipe is comfortable in the hand which ever way you choose to hold it. Exceptionally light and perfectly balanced the pipe is fitted with a push tenon jet black vulcanite stem with fishtail mouth piece.

Nording exclusively uses plateau wood for his freehand pipes, the outer part of the briar block where you find the most beautiful texture and appearance of the wood. The pipes as far as possible are carved following the grain of the briar to create each unique and beautiful shape.
