The Peter Stokkebye 4th Generation 1957 pipe tobacco is a blend of Virginia, Burley and Black Cavendish with an added vanilla topping.The blend is full in terms of its strength and nicotine content. The naturally sweet Virginias from South America and Africa marry with the nutty, and earthy Mexican Burley to create the base of the blend. The American Black Cavendish adds noes of molasses which compliment the added vanilla topping. Mild to medium in terms of its strength and nicotine content the blend has a very pleasant room aroma. This mixture burns cool, sweet and smooth with absolutely no bite.

Now in its 4th generation of producing premium pipe tobacco the company has released a number of bespoke blends. Presented in a 50g tin Peter Stokkebye 4th Generation 1957 pipe tobacco is ribbon cut and can be loaded straight into the bowl. To fully appreciate the flavour and taste we recommend that the mixture is smoked at a slow pace to

• cause the pipe to overheat potentially causing the dreaded tongue bite.
