The Peterson range of specialty pipes was first introduced 1945 and the designs are based on the classic Victorian clay pipe shapes. The pipes are the smallest and lightest of all the Peterson pipes. The Peterson Barrel Smooth pipe bowl is hand stained a rich warm walnut colour showing off the briars rich grain patterns. The pipe is finished with a bright nickel band, a jet black vulcanite stem and P-Lip mouthpiece. The P-Lip directs smoke to the roof of the mouth helping to prevent the dreaded tongue bite and also activating more of the flavour receptors on the palate. The Peterson Smooth Barrel is a straight pipe with a flat bottomed billiard bowl which is tapered at the foot. This poker or table pipe is light, practical and stylish.
