Kildare is an Irish county which is known throughout the world for its links with horse racing. The home of the Irish National Stud Farm which has bred many of the worlds finest flat racing horses. The Kildare series of briar pipes were originally introduced as an extension to the Aran series but their classic style and presentation has elevated the series to one of Peterson’s finest series. The Peterson Kildare 80s Filter pipe bowl is hand stained a rich, warm brown and has a hand crafted silver band. The pipe is finished with a jet black vulcanite stem with P-Lip mouthpiece. The P-Lip directs smoke to the roof of the mouth helping to prevent the dreaded tongue bite and activates more of the flavour receptors on the palate. The Peterson Kildare 80s is a 1/4 bent bulldog pipe with a medium sized Rhodesian bowl decorated with twin breadlines and a diamond shaped shank. This is a compact, robust and stylish pipe.

The Peterson Kildare 80s filter pipe comes in a presentation box with a cloth pipe bag.

This pipe is designed to take a 9mm filter and should not be smoked without the filter in as it may cause the pipe to fire and burnout.

This pipe is also available without a filter – Kildare 80s.
