The Peterson Killarney Red 120 briar pipe is hand stained a deep rich red and has a twin nickel band. The pipe is finished with a jet black vulcanite stem and fishtail mouth piece. The fishtail mouthpiece directs smoke to the back of the palate and creates a smooth and easy draw. The Peterson Killarney 120 is a straight pipe with a classic Dublin bowl. This is a robust pipe with a medium to thick wall and tall bowl which is comfortable in the hand and provides a cool smoke.
The Killarney range of pipes were first launched by Peterson in 1949. Named after Killarney town famous for its jaunting cars (horse drawn carts) which is on the shore of Lough Leane in south-west Kerry an area of outstanding natural beauty which is reflected in these wonderful pipes.
