The customer should advise us of their intention to return items by email email@example.com within seven days of receipt of the goods stating the reason for the return.
These items should be returned at the customers expense within 28 days of receipt to qualify for credit.
Credit for the returned goods shall be made to the original purchasing card within 5 working days from the receipt of the goods by Miss Morans.
Credit can only be issued if the item(s) is returned as new, without having been used and in its original packaging.
Customers are advised to use a tracked returns service to return items.
Miss Morans shall not be liable to refund or replace the item if it is damaged in transit or if the item being returned is lost by the delivery agent.
